Amazon's last-mile delivery network in Southern Europe is growing fast - and becoming increasingly electrified. From EV chargers to next-generation sorting technologies, our Delivery Stations (the final logistics hubs from which parcels are dispatched to customers' doors) are evolving into highly technical environments that demand deep electrical expertise. We're changing that by creating a dedicated regional electrical authority within the Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) Leadership Team for Amazon Logistics (our last-mile delivery division, operating 200+ stations across Europe).

As Senior Electrical Engineer for Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain), you will be the single point of electrical expertise for our Delivery Station network across the region. This is a senior technical expert role at the leadership level: you won't manage a team directly, but you will deliver results through others - upskilling field teams, shaping standards, and steering technology projects that will define what our sites look like three years from now.

tDefine the electrical strategy for future Delivery Stations: Lead upstream electrical engineering for new site installations and technology deployments (including EV charging infrastructure), partnering with design, construction, and central engineering teams to ensure readiness from Day 1.

• \Design and deliver training programs for field engineers and technicians across three countries, building consistent electrical knowledge and standardised ways of working.
• \As a member of the Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering Leadership Team, participate actively in strategic planning, talent bar-raising (conducting interviews to support the team's significant growth in Europe), and safety governance.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline

• Significant experience in electrical engineering within industrial, logistics, or infrastructure environments
• Fluent English (spoken and written); proficiency in at least one of French, Italian, or Spanish

Experience developing technical training programs or standards at scale

- Lean, Six Sigma, or project management certification
