You’ll lead client engagements, deliver data-driven insights, and help organisations shape future-ready technology strategies. You’ll also play a role in shaping the future of benchmarking itself - contributing to automation initiatives and helping our clients navigate emerging domains like AI, quantum computing, cloud, and next-gen networks. This role is ideal for a consultant with sharp analytical instincts and the ability to tell clear, strategic stories - turning data into insight and insight into action. Role & Responsibilities Lead client engagements and workstreams focused on technology cost and value benchmarking across IT, applications, and infrastructure. Perform detailed data analysis and develop insights that link cost optimisation with innovation and business enablement. Use ISG’s proprietary benchmarking tools (e.g., ProBenchmark) and Excel-based models to analyze market services, operational costs, and pricing structures. Translate complex data into compelling stories and recommendations that resonate with business and technology leaders. Manage client relationships independently, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering with confidence, clarity, and integrity. Contribute to the ongoing automation and modernisation of ISG’s benchmarking methodologies, including AI-enabled analysis and tooling initiatives. Collaborate with global colleagues to share best practices, develop intellectual property, and expand ISG’s benchmarking capabilities.
