This core model will cover the Record to Report (R2R), Controlling, Order to Cash (O2C) and Source to Pay (S2P) processes, and will interface with the GEODIS Group's operational tools. This multi-year project involves the creation of a core model and the preparation of a pilot in 2024, followed by roll-out in waves from 2025 onwards. The FIT program is under responsibility of a dedicated teamPilot has been deployed and the Run organization has been activated with size increase for 1st wave go live (end 2026 or Jan'2027).
