Overall Job Description As a Junior Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience, you will be a key technical authority within the team, taking ownership of the full lifecycle of internal applications, from architecture and development through to maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement. You will work across a broad technology stack (front-end, back-end, scripting, and databases) and act as a technical reference for the team. You will translate business needs into reliable software, drive engineering standards, and mentor junior colleagues.
