Vous définissez et déployez leur stratégie marketing opérationnelle afin d’accélérer leur croissance, de renforcer leur désirabilité et de garantir une exécution cohérente sur l’ensemble des canaux de distribution.Stratégie de marque et développement business Définir et piloter la stratégie marketing opérationnelle et le business model des marques, en tenant compte de leurs spécificités, de leur positionnement et des canaux de distribution. Construire les plans marketing annuels, recommander les priorités d’investissement et veiller à leur mise en œuvre dans le respect des objectifs de la filiale et du Groupe. Excellence d’exécution et coordination transverse Agir comme chef d’orchestre entre les équipes marketing internationales, les équipes locales, le terrain et les clients, afin de garantir la cohérence de la stratégie et de son exécution. Collaborer étroitement avec notamment les équipes Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Formation, Communication, Commerciales, Retail. Adapter les activations aux enjeux du marché français tout en respectant l’identité, les ambitions et les standards internationaux de chaque marque. Management et développement de l’équipe Manager, accompagner et faire grandir une équipe composée de 2 Chefs de marque et de deux stagiaires.
