Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer Tech Lead to develop electrical systems for robotic orthopedic surgical platforms. The role involves leading circuit design, simulations, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration within the Digital Surgery team in Grenoble, France.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical circuit and system development for robotic knee and spine surgical platforms
• Conduct electrical simulations and analyses using industry-standard software tools
• Develop and validate prototypes against design specifications and performance requirements
• Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to integrate electrical components into products
• Maintain technical documentation including design specs, test plans, and project reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of electrical design and development experience
• Proficiency with design tools such as ALTIUM and simulation software like MATLAB or PSpice
• Strong understanding of circuit theory, electronics principles, and electrical standards
• Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Collaborative communication abilities for cross-functional teamwork

Compensation: €53,500–€85,790 base
