NUWARD , filiale d’EDF, est dédiée au développement des petits réacteurs nucléaires (SMRs) du Groupe. NUWARD conçoit cette plateforme multi-énergie, capable de produire de l’électricité et de la chaleur décarboné et compétitive pour répondre aux besoins des industriels et des villes.

Notre SMR appelé « NUWARD_SMR » au design simple, modulaire et préfabriqué se fonde sur l’expertise du parc nucléaire existant en étant fondé sur des briques technologiques éprouvées.

Vos missions

Pour le(s) contrat(s) ou accord(s) dont vous aurez la responsabilité, vous serez garant de la bonne exécution en end to end.

Vous serez alors amené(e) à :

Déployer la stratégie contractuelle en appui aux équipes sur le périmètre concerné ;
Piloter la relation contractuelle et commerciale, ainsi que le suivi de l’accord ou du contrat en coordination avec les interlocuteurs techniques depuis l’expression de besoin. À ce titre, vous veillez à la bonne négociation, la mise en œuvre et à l’utilisation pertinente des leviers contractuels, tout en garantissant l’application rigoureuse des dispositifs contractuels (calcul de la marge, réception, etc.).
Déployer et piloter la gouvernance du projet , les process de pilotage , réunions d’avancement et suivi des actions;
Produire et diffuser les indicateurs définis dans le plan commercial d’exécution du contrat ;
Préparer des commandes d’exécution et les avenants, anticiper les réévaluations de la valeur cible du marché et en construire l’argumentaire ;
Planifier les dépenses, suivre les coûts à terminaison et le planning d’exécution, en alertant en cas de dérive ;
Analyser, négocier et piloter les évolutions et modifications susceptibles d’impacter juridiquement et financièrement le contrat ;
Piloter le dispositif de maîtrise des risques, leurs plans de mitigation associés ; et opportunités du contrat ou de l’accord ;
Élaborer des stratégies de gestion des litiges ou réclamations, et proposer des arbitrages inter-contrats si nécessaire.

Localisation

Lyon avec des déplacements occasionnels à prévoir sur les différents sites NUWARD (Paris, Tours) et vers les sites des ingénieries partenaires.

Votre profil

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure de type ingénieur, juriste ou équivalent. Vous êtes doté(e) d’au minimum 5 ans d’expérience d’expérience en contract management, pilotage de projet, négociation de contrat ou équivalent.

Vous vous distinguez par les qualités suivantes :

Capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et d’adaptation dans un environnement challengeant, tout en étant force de proposition ;
Rôle proactif et clé dans la gestion du cycle de vie des contrats : rédaction, négociation, exécution et suivi des contrats nos fournisseurs et partenaires, avec une forte sensibilité juridique ;
Excellentes qualités relationnelles, esprit de travail en équipe, pour donner du sens aux actions entreprises et pour échanger avec une grande diversité d'interlocuteurs.

Anglais lu, écrit et parlé requis.
